Since 1968, Faye’s has guaranteed quality and satisfaction by offering superior service to you, our valued customer. Our goal is to provide expert garment care and cleaning in combination with a no-hassle guarantee of satisfaction ensuring you a painless dry cleaning experience.

We recognize that your clothing is special to you and strive to return your items to a “like new” condition: stain-free, odorless, and nicely pressed. We replace missing or broken buttons free of charge and offer a speedy mending and alterations service when you need it.

We also understand that your time is valuable and guarantee your order will be ready when promised or, if necessary, we will call you to let you know that we need additional time to get the best possible results. We offer convenient drive-up windows and (even more convenient) free home delivery service to make “picking up the cleaning” less of a chore.

Environment:

Quality drycleaners nationwide are committed to becoming more environmentally conscious and we at Faye’s have good reason to be proud of our efforts to improve our environmental performance. We are dry cleaning in EcoSolv Hydrocarbon fluid which has been thoroughly tested for health effects and has been shown to cause no short or long term health risks. EcoSolv dry cleaning fluid is 100% biodegradable, so it’s safe for the environment, too.

In addition, we have kept up with advances in wet-cleaning which is the preferred method for cleaning some fabrics and certain garments with large water based stains. We are currently using a European wash formula that prevents color loss and shrinkage of fine fabrics and is biodegradable. Our new tensioning presses and experienced press operators complete the wet cleaning process.

Faye’s Laundry cleaning process guarantees that your clothes look good, are odorless and you can rest assured that no harmful chemicals remain in your freshly cleaned fabrics.

As part of our environmental effort, we have pledged to support the Drycleaner and Launderer Institute hangar recycling program by accepting your excess metal hangars to either reuse or send to a local metal recycling business. This DLI program aims to reduce hangar waste by 10 million hangars this year and we are proud to be a small part of this effort.

We have also purchased some “Blue Sky” from Rocky Mountain Power which supports renewable energy projects aimed at reducing the amount of carbon dioxide produced. Our small block equals 135 trees being planted last year!
